Despite her seemingly gentle demeanor, Mephala has waged war across the lands of Ancaria, Erathia, Xeen, and Azeroth. 

She has since retired from fighting gaming (temporarily, she hopes), as well as from the rat race where she worked in varying roles as a web developer, content producer, information architect, and copywriter over the past 8 years.

Right now, she is embarking on her toughest job to date (yes, even after fighting old Sheltem and them fire-breathing dragons): motherhood to her particularly fiesty young baby named after Repairman Jack, and life with her precocious 5 cats.

You can often find her lurking way past her bedtime on one of her blogs Strange Machines or TechBot, and sometimes when you are not looking, on some outrageous gossip blog where she secretly devours gems on her favourite celebrities.
